How do you like them apples?
Every fall, John's Uncle John (did you follow that?) sends us some apples from his own trees. We had a peeling party and Chelsea and I made a gigantic batch of applesauce with our share. Kate joined in with apples from her backyard trees and Chelsea provided the recipe and the kitchen.
Charlie was our taste tester. He found it a little tart!
