Such a nice guy...
I was sick this weekend and John couldn't have been sweeter to me! He brought me medicine, unpacked and set up a humidifier next to my bed, let me sleep all day, made me drink lots of water, brought me clean pj's, made soup, and was generally the best husband ever!! When I was feeling up to it, we went on a walk on the golf course in the gloomy rain and just enjoyed being together! We rarely get to spend quality time together because our lives are so crazy right now, so it was super fun to just hang out and talk! We even did a little golf ball hunting for old times' sake (John was a pro golf ball hunter in his youth.)
Today, I'm not quite well, but I'm definitely on the mend thanks to some TLC from Johnny boy!

Lights Off Utah!!
Tomorrow night between 9 and 10 p.m. is the statewide demonstration, "Lights Off Utah." Its purpose is to show that individual households CAN positively impact conservation efforts! I encourage you all to read about it here.
“Each individual can make a difference and Lights Off Utah enables us to see the impact of all those individual actions,” said Governor Huntsman. “Wise use of our energy resources is vital as our state continues to grow in terms of our economy and population. I encourage every Utahn to participate in this effort.”

And now, Phase II
We are thrilled here at Dave's campaign that he made it through last night's primary election! Read more about it in this article from the Deseret News. So many people worked so hard and we're really excited to have the opportunity to keep moving forward in this election!! (photo by Scott G. Winterton, Deseret Morning News)

I know I've been the biggest slacker about posting but the Primary election is only 5 days away, so I'm running around like a crazy person all the time!! I miss you all- be patient with me, I'll be back soon! Wish me luck on September 11th and if you live in the city, VOTE FOR DAVE!!!!
If you're way bored, check out our website for some pics (usually unattractive ones) of me on the campaign trail!
